I provide tailored strategies and interventions to help neurodivergent individuals navigate challenges and succeed in various aspects of life. I also speak Spanish and can support English as a Second Language (ESL) clients in their wellness journeys.

One of the main reasons I’m so passionate about working with children is rooted in my own childhood experience. Growing up, I often wished I had a big sibling to look after me—someone to teach, guide, and encourage me through challenges. That’s exactly the kind of mentor I strive to be for the next generation. My journey into fitness began at 18. Growing up, I struggled with my weight and was often bullied for being the “chubby” kid. I attended several schools, facing harsh bullying, and I never felt confident in my own skin. For years, I believed that change was impossible—that I was just stuck being who I was. But eventually, I had had enough. I made the decision to take control of my life, and it became the best choice I’ve ever made.

I dove into bodybuilding, losing all my fat and gaining 25 pounds of muscle in a short amount of time. At 20, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition, and the discipline and results fueled my passion even further. From there, I became obsessed with powerlifting, although I never competed, I pushed myself to continually improve my strength and technique.

My journey didn’t stop there. Always interested in self-defense due to my childhood experiences, I transitioned into MMA. Despite being intimidated at first, I pushed past my fears and, just six months later, had my first fight. Although I didn’t win, the experience ignited a fire in me, and I went on to earn a 4-2 record in the ring, all while learning valuable self-defense techniques along the way.

Today, I bring a diverse background in fitness and training, but it’s the systems I’ve developed in nutrition, strength training, and self-defense that truly set my approach apart. I’m a walking, breathing testament that if I can transform my life, so can anyone. It doesn’t matter where you start; if you’re committed to making a change, I’m here to help you get there.
