I love helping people experience similar transformations that boost their confidence and help them make progress inside and outside of the gym.I’m 10 years into a transition from female to male and it was fitness and weight-lifting that helped me appreciate my body not only for what it looked like but for what it was capable of. After reaching these results I knew that I wanted to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and to help them transform themselves into the best versions yet. I have been helping others in the gym for over a decade and officially became certified as a personal trainer in 2023. I have been a martial arts instructor for over 3 years teaching people from 3 years old to 80 years old. During this time I have also worked with people from a wide range of physical and mental disabilities and have helped them gain confidence and make progress toward their health goals at their own pace.
