Even though I had no idea what I was doing, I was all in, reading every fitness book I could get my hands on at that time. My desire to help others who faced similar struggles led me to spend two years in a physical therapy clinic, shadowing therapists. This ignited my love for guiding others on their fitness journeys, leading me to become a certified personal trainer since 2016.

I began my journey in the gym at the age of 15 years old and have been resistance training ever since. I am currently a full time student at California State University Fullerton working towards completing my bachelors degree in Kinesiology! Further, I am currently training clients 1-on-1 out of Self Made Training Facility in Orange County. When it comes to training, I have years of experience! As a Kinesiology major, I am learning new material surrounding anatomy and proper movement patters all of the time. In addition I also have two years of experience working in a physical therapy office. I am proficient in addressing, and working towards correcting issues with movement patterns, along with any current anatomical limitations you might be facing!
