Hi, I’m Jake Jeries, a dedicated personal coach specializing in health, fitness, and corrective exercise. My passion for fitness started at 15, and I’ve been honing my skills in resistance training ever since. Currently, I offer 1-on-1 coaching at Self Made Training Facility in Orange County, where I guide clients to unlock their potential.

With a background in Kinesiology and hands-on experience working in a physical therapy office, I’m equipped to help you overcome physical challenges, whether you’re recovering from an injury, working through movement limitations, or aiming to improve overall strength and mobility.
