Ace Patel – Personal Trainer in Orange County

At a young age, I have always been so fascinated with human movement. I grew up playing sports and discovered weight lifting. Little did I know how many benefits I was getting from moving my body!

But as I got older I struggled being insecure about my body. I also had to go through many surgeries from structural problems with my bones (issues I was born with).

These set-backs pushed me to learn more about the human body and get a Kinesiology degree from Cal State Fullerton. During that time, I also worked with a Physical Therapist, so I could not only understand human movement at the highest level, but also rehabilitate injuries.

I have now been coaching and rehabilitating clients for 9 years! I have worked with all ages from 12-90 years and serviced thousands of hours towards strength training, weight loss and performance, while fixing injuries, compensations and imbalances.

I am a youth sports coach with 5 years of experience and a former collegiate athlete specializing in speed, agility, and sports performance. Originally from Alabama and now based in Orange County, I am dedicated to helping motivated individuals become the best athletes they can be. I hold certifications from NASM in stretching and flexibility, personal training, corrective exercises, and integrated balance training. Additionally, I am a Double-Goal Coach and CPR/AED certified.

My inspiration comes from ensuring every athlete I help achieves their goals by providing them with every possible resource and the knowledge I’ve gained from 24 years of involvement in athletics. My background includes football, baseball, soccer, and track and field. My personal philosophy for sports and life is that it’s skill-based: every skill can be improved, and any goal can be attained with the right amount of time, information, and consistency. I look forward to working with your athlete and helping them reach their full potential.

Kenzie Nguyen – Strength & Weightloss Coach – Hi, I’m Coach Kenzie! I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now, specializing in helping people who are new to the gym or struggling with gym anxiety!

I love working with people who are just starting their fitness journey or struggle with gym anxiety because I want to be the one to guide you through the struggles and challenges but also be the one to celebrate all the wins with you as we embark on this path of a new lifestyle. I’m here to take away all the confusion and uncertainty that can come with starting a healthier lifestyle. I want to help you unlock your full potential and live your life to the fullest!

My primary training style is Powerbuilding which places an emphasis on building strength and muscle while also losing weight! I also offer health and wellness training as well as hybrid athlete training.

In our training sessions we focus on learning strength training fundamentals, improving mobility, functional training that compliments your lifestyle and most importantly, making sure our workouts are fun and enjoyable!

My goal is to make my training as accessible as possible, so I offer a bunch of different training programs which we can cater to fit your goals and lifestyle best! For example, I offer in person or online training ranging from 1-5 days a week, hybrid training which is a combination of in person and online training, or semi private training of groups of 2!

In addition to your personalized training, you also receive nutritional guidance and recipes, body-fat analysis tests for accurate progress tracking, full access to my exercise and stretching tutorials, as well as my full support 24/7.
