I’m Daniel Figueroa, an ACSM-certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder with five years of professional competition experience, including four competitions and a first-place win. My career in fitness now was inspired by my own journey; 6 years ago when I was pregnant with my son I gained 75lbs and delivered him at 205. My pre pregnancy weight was 130, losing the excess weight after words was not only very difficult but at times felt hopeless.
Hiring my first coach was the best decision I ever made, I was able to completely change my body and health and most of all my mindset.
