I started personal training in a commercial gym back in 2019. When the pandemic started I was left without work & decided to start training clients in my garage with my mom who is also a personal trainer. In 2021 of October, our fitness community grew & so I had to find a new location where there was more space. Now, Z FIT has 2 locations, one in Yorba Linda & the other one here at SMTF in Orange.
