Joe brings over 13 years of athletic training and recovery experience. As a college athlete, Joe knows the work and the skills it takes to compete at a high level. As a student-athlete he knows how difficult it can be to balance all areas of life while performing at your peak. His philosophy is all about hard work and discipline, instilling his athletes with skills to be great within sports and within life as well.
Julian – College Athlete & Youth Performance Specialist
Julian brings 15 years of experience as an athlete to J Squared Optimization. Having worked with skilled trainers throughout his athletic journey, Julian has gained a deep understanding of effective training techniques and strategies. His passion lies in passing that knowledge to the next generation, helping his clients grow stronger, more confident, and better prepared to achieve their goals—both on and off the field. Julian brings 15 years of experience as an athlete to J Squared Optimization.
