Who I Am & How I Got Started
I’m a holistic trainer dedicated to empowering individuals both physically and mentally. My journey began as a D1 Track & Field collegiate athlete, where I not only honed my skills but also developed a deep understanding of the importance of both physical strength and mental resilience. After retiring from athletics, I transitioned into personal training, where I’ve been fortunate enough to spend the past three years helping people transform their lives.How I Help Others
I specialize in Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Kickboxing, Self-Defense, ABA Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, and Stretch & Mobility. My training approach focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I work with a wide range of clients, from athletes to women and children, including both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals.Neurodivergent & ESL Specialist
As a neurodivergent specialist I am an expert in understanding and supporting individuals with neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other special abilities. I provide tailored strategies and interventions to help neurodivergent individuals navigate challenges and succeed in various aspects of life. I also speak Spanish and can support English as a Second Language (ESL) clients in their wellness journeys.Why I Help Others
One of the main reasons I’m so passionate about working with children is rooted in my own childhood experience. Growing up, I often wished I had a big sibling to look after me—someone to teach, guide, and encourage me through challenges. That’s exactly the kind of mentor I strive to be for the next generation. I want every woman and child, regardless of their background, to feel safe, seen, and secure as they take steps toward improving their physical and mental health.
