I grew up playing sports and discovered weight lifting. Little did I know how many benefits I was getting from moving my body!But as I got older I struggled being insecure about my body. I also had to go through many surgeries from structural problems with my bones (issues I was born with).These set-backs pushed me to learn more about the human body and get a Kinesiology degree from Cal State Fullerton. During that time, I also worked with a Physical Therapist, so I could not only understand human movement at the highest level, but also rehabilitate injuries.I have now been coaching and rehabilitating clients for 9 years! I have worked with all ages from 12-90 years and serviced thousands of hours towards strength training, weight loss and performance, while fixing injuries, compensations and imbalances.Let’s work together and create a body for longevity!
